Credit Card Payments
The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at check out, but to make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking “I Accept”. All payments of Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. invoices using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.
Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. accepts the following cards:
- American Express
You warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or over.
- You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
- The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
- You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services.
- The information supplied by you is true and correct.
When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in Canadian currency. All payments are debited to Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd.
Credit card payments are secure:
- Payments will be processed directly by Moneris (CDN dollar transactions) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
- Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
- Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. does not store in any way your credit card details.
- If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
- If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
- If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. services and Internet resources.
- Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. will confirm your payment details via email.
By using Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. online credit card facilities, you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment. We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our site. OUR DELIVERY POLICY
- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and advise estimated delivery date.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and the USA.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two business days of the date of your order and receipt of payment. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
There will be no tax charged on USA bound shipments.
- Damaged Items in Transport

OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Before returning you must contact Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. to receive a RGA number (Return Goods Authorization). Please contact us at toll free 1-800-661-5955 (1-604-659-4100) or at email@example.com.
We will then provide you with a return shipping address. Please ensure the RGA number accompanies your return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
We will exchange goods. You can return unopened items for exchange in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Upon receipt of the item for exchange, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will process your transaction and will notify you regarding shipping costs to return the exchanged goods to you and request credit card payment for return shipping costs.
- Damages, Defective Goods and Warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In circumstances where you consider that a product has been damaged in shipment or is defective, you should promptly contact us at toll free 1-800-661-5955 (1-604-659-4100) or at email@example.com with details of the product and the damage or defect.
Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. as a distributor of the items to you provides no warranty and the purchaser shall only have available to it the warranty or guaranty provided by the third-party manufacturer of the product or part. Peerless will provide the manufacturer’s warranty upon request.
