About Peerless Engineering

Our History

Peerless Bros. Agencies Ltd. was incorporated on the 29th Day of December, 1947 by Ernie and Jack Peerless. The company was purchased by Giuseppe (Joe) Magnolo (BASc, University of British Columbia 1952) in September of 1963. Giuseppe reincorporated the company as Peerless Engineering Sales Ltd. on the 26th day of March, 1964.

Giuseppe’s primo son, Jeffrey Magnolo (BComm, University of British Columbia 1977) joined Peerless in 1989 and is currently President and co-owner.
Giuseppe’s secondo son, Ronald Magnolo (BASc University of British Columbia 1982) joined Peerless in 1993 and is currently Vice President and co-owner.
